This policy explains how Hisaab24 collects, uses, protects, retains, and deletes account, billing, and business data.
Data We Collect
Hisaab24 may collect identity data, contact data, business records, customer and vendor records, sales, purchases, expenses, notes, billing status, subscription verification metadata, technical metadata, push notification tokens where enabled, and support activity.
Why We Collect Data
We use this data to create accounts, run the accounting workspace, sync records, provide reports, verify subscriptions and renewals, protect the service, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.
Retention and Deletion
If a new owner workspace stays in pending payment status, access remains limited until a trial or verified payment starts. If paid access expires, a 7-day grace period may apply before suspension or Google Play account hold. Suspended or unpaid accounts are not automatically deleted only because payment access is blocked; account deletion happens only when the owner completes the verified deletion flow in the app or on the public deletion page.
Third-Party Services
Hisaab24 uses trusted infrastructure and payment services, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Google Play Billing for Android subscriptions distributed through Google Play, Firebase or Google services for push notifications where enabled, and supported payment providers for web or desktop subscription checkout.
Account Deletion
Workspace owners can delete their account from Settings inside the app or by using the verified public deletion page with registered email, app password, DELETE confirmation, and email code verification. If they cannot complete the flow, they can contact support from their registered email address. Contact: info@hisaab24.com.
