Subscription Terms

These terms explain monthly billing, renewal, grace periods, and access management for Hisaab24 subscriptions.
Available Plans
Retail Stores and Tailor Shops monthly plans include offline capability, staff accounts, product updates, Pakistan tax-ready record structures where configured, and support for the selected business workflow.
Renewal
Android subscriptions purchased through Google Play renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play before the renewal date. Google Play manages trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations, grace period, account hold, and payment method updates. Web, desktop, or non-Play subscription checkout may use supported non-Play renewal flows where available.
Grace Period and Suspension
When a subscription expires, a 7-day grace period may start. If renewal is not completed within the grace period, access can be suspended or placed on Google Play account hold. Existing business records remain saved unless the owner completes the verified deletion flow.
Trial Period
New owner accounts can start a one-time 7-day free trial where eligible. In the Android app distributed through Google Play, the trial is selected and managed through Google Play Billing. If the owner does not start the trial or complete the first payment, the workspace remains in pending payment with limited access.
Cancellation
Android Google Play subscriptions can be canceled from Google Play subscription settings. Web or desktop subscription cancellation can be requested through support.
